  • JOB OVERVIEW :

The position shall oversee the Admin department and ensure proper office management and compliance to government institutions such as Occupational Safety and Health Standards (OSHS). The Admin & General Services Manager shall be responsible in monitoring documentation of all office admin related documents such as but not limited to vehicle and office insurance; equipment such as but not limited to photocopier, air-conditioned unit, laptops, logistics, vehicles and other company fixed assets. This also recommends asset management tools that best fit the firm's needs, budget and operational requirement.
  • JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Candidate must be a graduate of Business Administration or related field
  • Preferably with three (3) or more years of administration or supervisory/managerial experience
Required Skill(s): Strong organizational and administrative skills, organized and able to prioritize tasks
  • Results-oriented, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Knowledge in planning, purchasing and inventory, vehicle maintenance and operational experience i.e. office supplies management, database management, printer and copier and other office equipment management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php30,
  • 00 - Php40,000.00 per month
