Admin, Facilities, and Procurement Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and versatile Admin, Facilities, and Procurement Specialist to join our team. This role will be pivotal in ensuring smooth operations across administrative tasks, facility management, and procurement activities. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional multitasking abilities, strong attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

  • What you'll do
Administrative Support:
  • Provide administrative support to various departments, including scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and maintaining office supplies.
Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and documentation as required.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for staff when necessary.
Assist in organizing company events and employee engagement activities.
  • Facilities Management:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office facilities, including maintenance, repairs, and security.
  • Ensure a clean, safe, and organized working environment for all employees.
Manage vendor relationships for facility-related services and supplies.
  • Procurement:
Develop and implement procurement strategies to meet the organization's needs while maintaining cost-effectiveness and quality standards.
  • Source and negotiate with suppliers to obtain the best prices and terms for goods and services.
Coordinate the procurement process, including issuing purchase orders, tracking deliveries, and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • What you'll need to succeed
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, or related field.
  • Proven experience in administrative support, facilities management, and procurement roles.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite and experience with procurement software/tools is preferred.
  • Knowledge of procurement regulations and best practices is a plus.
