Job Title: Administrative Coordinator
- Location: Quick Relief Pharmacy - Head Office (San Miguel, Pasig)
- Job Summary: The Administrative Coordinator will manage office and pharmacy stock, ensure efficient organization of records, prepare regular reports, and address administrative queries. This role requires a detail-oriented individual capable of maintaining an organized filing system and preparing items for delivery to branches, ensuring the smooth operation of the head office and its interactions with branch locations.
_Inventory Management:
_- Manage office and pharmacy stock and supplies.
Request orders as needed to maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Assist in preparing items for delivery to branches (note: there is dedicated staff for packing; the Administrative Coordinator will only assist as needed).

Records Management:_
- Organize office records and maintain an efficient filing system.
Ensure records are up-to-date and easily accessible.
_Reporting:
_- Prepare and distribute regular reports on various administrative activities.
_Administrative Support:
_- Answer administrative queries from employees promptly and accurately.
_Logistics Coordination:
_- Ensure timely and accurate dispatch of items prepared for delivery to branches.
_Qualifications:
_- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
Previous experience in an administrative or office coordination role is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other standard office software.
Strong organizational and time management skills.- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate integrity.
Knowledge of basic accounting and inventory management is an advantage.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Must reside near our head office or be willing to commute.
- Willingness to work on-site from Monday to Saturday and occasional fieldwork as required.
