Job Description

TheAdmin Support Specialistplays a key role in supporting daily operations and ensuring an organized, efficient work environment. This individual is responsible for performing a variety of administrative tasks, from maintaining records to coordinating office resources and assisting with internal communications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide general administrative support, including answering phones, handling emails, and managing calendars.
  • Maintain accurate records, files, and databases, ensuring information is easily accessible and up to date.
  • Assist with preparing reports, and documentation as required.
  • Serve as a point of contact for internal and external communications, relaying information professionally and promptly.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in an administrative or support role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
