JOB DESCRIPTION- JOB TITLE:FINANCE STAFF LEVEL:R&F
- PURPOSE: The Administrative Staff for Compliance is responsible for supporting the restaurant's compliance with all relevant health, safety, and regulatory standards. This role ensures that the restaurant adheres to legal and internal policies, providing administrative support to the compliance team and assisting in the implementation of compliance programs.
Maintain and organize compliance-related documents, including permits, licenses, inspection records, and training certificates.
- Ensure timely renewal of permits and licenses.
Keep records of all compliance activities and audit trails.- Stay updated on relevant local, state, and federal regulations affecting the restaurant industry.
Assist in the preparation for and coordination of health and safety inspections.
- Support the implementation of compliance programs and policies.
Coordinate and schedule compliance training sessions for restaurant staff.- Assist in developing and updating compliance policies and procedures.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance compliance processes.
EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field preferred.
EXPERIENCE:
- Previous administrative experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred.
Familiarity with compliance regulations and standards in the food and beverage industry is a plus.
SKILLS: Detail oriented
Knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and accounting software (experience with [specific software] is a plus).
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
SUPERVISION: Standard; attention to detail required.
