Job Description

Must Have:
  • Graduate of any college degree in Business Administration or any similar.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply but must have related administrative internship experience.
  • Strong organizational skills to juggle multiple processes and requests.
Proficiency in MS Office Tools most importantly Microsoft Excel.
  • With proven good attendance and punctuality records; willing to commit to the work schedule.
Keen with details - able to detect wrong information based on a reference material i.e. applicant's id and application form
  • File management and administrative experience such as filing, sorting, typing using excel and word an advantage.
Must be willing to work onsite on the given location.
  • Job Description
Provide general clerical and administrative support to the assigned department to ensure that its objective and deadlines are met.
  • Support would mean logging, encoding, maintaining records, reproduction and filing functions to assist the internal/external customers of the department.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php13,
  • 00 per month

    Schedule:
  • 8 hour shift
Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
Supplemental pay types:
13th month salary
