Qualifications,
- Graduate of any Business related course
Amenable to work in Makati- With background in Retail Industry,
with at least 6 months work experience on the said field
Job Descriptions,
- Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate departments.
Coordinate with building administration regarding access, usage, restrictions, and safety requirements for BU employees and visitors.- Coordinate with drivers and messengers to plan their daily itineraries and schedules.
Safeguard records and documents such as contracts of lease, agreements, and other crucial legal papers.
- Ensure the completion and compliance of all documents attached to the lease contracts through monitoring.
Prepare essential documentation, including memos, reports, and various forms of communication.- Process license permits from LGUs (Local Government Units) and BIR (Bureau of Internal Revenue).
Process business retirements with LGUs and BIR.
- Compile budget data and maintain financial records as requested.
Maintain and organize department files using the 5S methodology.- Handle all billing requirements (rental, electricity, water, telephone, mobile phones) and prepare
