Job Responsibilities:
Assignment of field request for FCI and EV with RCIB & St Jude Facilitating transfer of approval to other LCs particularly transfer of approval to provincial LCs
- Salesman & Dealer accreditation OSP to ask LO on the required docs for accreditation, request internal checking to CIA
Sending of application account status to agents and dealers- Monitoring of daily booking status. All doc def must be immediately relayed to LO and should consistently follow up the LO on the submission or compliance of doc def.
Dealer follow up on doc def for faster release of proceeds and DI. Dealer will also directly coordinate with OSP instead of LO on the status of booked accounts including doc defs and collection of proceeds and DI
- Prepares daily productivity report per Lending Center
Collates report coming from the LOs such as survey, market share, strategies and other reports being required by Sales Support such as pipeline- Monitors and requests LC's supplies such pncm, disclosure & application form
Directly reporting to PITS Operation Supervisor/Marketing Representative
