Admin Assistant
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Organize and schedule appointments.
- Prepare and distribute email, correspondence, memos, letters and forms
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Develop and maintain a filing system
- Update and maintain office policies and procedures
- Maintain of contact list ( Employees, Clients, etc)
- Provide general support to visitors
- Order office supplies
- Book travel arrangements
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
Position Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration
- At least 1 year experience in the field or in a related area
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- With or out experience but willing to be trained
- Proficient in MS OFFICE
- Fresh Graduate are encouraged to apply
- Willing to be assigned at Pura Tarlac
