JOB DESCRIPTION:_
- Liaise with departments regarding administrative matters.
Perform general office and administrative duties, including but not limited to handling hotel requests and accommodation of requesting parties, assisting stay-in/out employees, sourcing of accommodation as needed- Keep track all documents and maintain up to date monitoring files
Provide administrative support to senior leaders, including email correspondence and generation and distribution of memos, letters, spreadsheets, and forms.
- Submits reports on a timely manner
Other tasks to be assigned by the Immediate Head
_SKILLS:
_- Strong proficiency in office software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace).
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work collaboratively in a team environment.
