We are seeking a highly motivated and organized ADMIN ASSISTANT to join our team on as a full-time and on-site role. This role will play a crucial part in our company operations.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for recording and maintaining a business financial transactions, such as purchases, expenses, sales revenue, invoices, and payments
- Assist with general administrative duties including data entry, filing, and correspondence.
- Maintain organized and efficient filing systems, both electronic and physical.
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments as needed.
- Handle incoming calls and inquiries, redirecting them appropriately.
- Support various departments with administrative tasks as required.
- Ensure office supplies are adequately stocked and reorder when necessary.
- Uphold confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Requirements:
- Detail-oriented, hard-working individual with strong organizational skills
- High school graduates, vocational or college graduates.
- Proficient in computer applications such as MS Office (Word, Excel).
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and software.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
- Flexibility to handle multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
- Must be able to work on-site at Amang Rodriguez Ave., Brgy. Dela Paz Pasig City.
