Provides administrative support to ensure that the department's operations are maintained in an effective, up-to-date, and accurate manner.
Responsible:
- Provides clerical assistance to the Department.
Encoding Manage and record all incoming and outgoing documents
- Document daily administrative tasks; maintain the record and files (whether it be a hard copy or electronic copy)
Review the accuracy of all supporting documents before they are forwarded to the concerned team
Qualifications:- Graduate of Any business course. Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office applications
