Admin Assistant Role- Location: Clark, Pampanga
- Work Schedule: Night Shift 9PM-6AM (Monday to Friday)
At least 2 years of experience as Admin Assistant or Executive Assistant supporting CEO or high-level executive- Expertise in Email and Calendar Management, appointment setting, and social media management
Extensive experience using Google Suite, including Google Calendar & G-Drive
- Strong multi-tasking skills with the ability to prioritize and organize multiple concurrent assignments
Strong, confident verbal and written communication skills.
Managing the executive's calendar, including making appointments and prioritizing the most sensitive matters Social Media Manager (Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram) of the client. Communicates directly, and on behalf of the President and CEO, with Board members, donors, Foundation staff, and others, on matters related to CEO's programmatic initiatives.- Completes a broad variety of administrative tasks for the President & CEO including managing an extremely active calendar of appointments using Calendly, emails and phone calls, composing and preparing correspondence that is sometimes confidential, arranging complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas; and compiling documents for travel-related meetings. Plans, coordinates, and ensures the CEO's schedule is followed and respected.
Providing administrative assistance, such as writing and editing e-mails, drafting memos, and preparing communications on the executive's behalf Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients, and other external partners. Maintaining comprehensive and accurate records of the company.
