The position shall be mainly responsible in providing administrative and secretarial support to the Strategic Business Administrator and to the President & Chief Executive Officer of the Company.
- Secretarial Support to the President / Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Maintain a daily calendar for the President and CEO; schedule meetings and appointments for both internal and external.
- Communicate guidance and recommendations on behalf of the President and CEO.
Prepare meeting agenda and records/minutes of meetings facilitated- Cascade and creates memos, emails, letters, reports and communiques for the dissemination to the entire organization
Handle calls, mail and other communication through the Executive Office.
- Liaise for the Executive Office on highly confidential information
Follow Through Project Tasks and Deliverables- Check & Monitor Issues and Concern for Immediate Resolution
Attends Operations Meetings
- Miscellaneous Duties / Other Administrative Functions
Coordinates with HR the availability of the President to interview candidates for key positions.
- Render assistance to the President in accomplishing the Performance Evaluation Form of key positions / job roles under direct supervision.
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Office Administration or any other related course.
- At least 2 years relevant experience as Executive Assistant.
Knowledgeable in Business Writing, Documentation and Records Management.- Must be above average in communication and written skills.
Trust worthy and can keep confidential matters.
- In depth knowledge of entire MS suite.
