Qualifications:

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and GSuite.
- Goal-driven and detail-oriented.
- A degree in science-related or management-related courses (preferred, but not required).
- Must be willing to work on-site.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Administrative Duties
- Process and coordinates closely with the departments about their booking, vehicle assistance, supplies, etc. requests.
- Coordinates with external vendors about the PMS of all company vehicles and ensures timely schedules.
- Ensures that all permits and licenses of the business and other company assets (building and vehicles) are properly monitored and updated.
- Ensures proper coordination and monitoring of all corporate grab and lalamove requests and transactions.
- Ensures all billings are properly documented, filed, and paid on time.
- Ensures that the contracts of all vendors are renewed timely and properly documented.
- Ensures accurate inventory of all the office supplies.
Facilities and Management Duties
Ensures that all building concerns related to repairs and maintenance are monitored and properly coordinated.
Other Tasks
- Ensures proper coordination and documentation of the other administrative tasks such as:
- Scholarship
- Visitors
- Visa Application
- Letters and Correspondence
- Other tasks assigned from time to time by the immediate head or management.
