Job Description

Full job description
  • Perform clerical work including typing, filing, completing simple forms, answering phone calls, and taking messages
Handles petty cash, releasing of checks, and processing utility bill payments
  • Handles company office supplies, control, and monitor in and out of office supplies
Handles PPE
  • Prepare transmittal of documents
Process and monitor parking requests
  • Safe keeping legal documents of the company
Prepare and issue gate passes for employees, visitors
  • Managed Vehicle pass request
Managed vehicle registration
  • Managed scheduled appointments outside the company (Liaison)
Photocopy, sorted, and filing of documents related to admin activities, business transactions, and other matters
  • Coordinate repairs to office equipment
Safe keeping all confidential documents of the Department
  • Maintain and updated files using standard system
Perform other related duties as assigned

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php15,
  • 00 - Php17,000.00 per month

Schedule:
  • 8 hour shift
Supplemental Pay:
  • 13th month salary


Experience:
  • Administrative Assistant: 1 year (Preferred)

Language:
