Responsibilities:- Handling office tasks, such as filing, generating reports and presentations, setting up for meetings, and reordering supplies.
Monitoring and consolidation of reports such as sales , inventory and expenses of the store/restaurant on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.- Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.
Can act as the point of contact for internal and external clients.
- Can maintain filing system, contact database, employee list, permits and inventory
> Graduate of any 4 year course
> With at least 1 year experience as an Administrative Assistant, or Office Admin Assistant
> Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
> Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers
> Proficiency in MS Office (MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint/Canva, in particular)
> Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
> Attention to detail and problem solving skills
> Excellent written and verbal communication skills
> Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- > Preferably with experience in Hotel and Restaurant operations
