Job Description

Qualification and Needed Work Experience:
  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in any field
At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Required Skill(s): Handling Assets Management, Excellent communication skills both oral and written
Willing to work in BGC
  • Can start ASAP
  • Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Sets up and maintains administrative filings system of both electronic and paper records.
Responsible for Assets tracking and reporting, including the creation of performance, efficiency of assets and reports.
  • Facilitate request of all projects/departments with regards to asset and procurement
Execute plans, policies, and program in relation to assets management
  • Monitor a record of all asset's expenses with regards to repair and maintenance.
Do assets inspection as needed Perform any other task that may be assigned from time to time.

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule:
  • 8 hour shift


Ability to commute/relocate:
  • Taguig City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:
  • Administrative Assistant: 1 year (Preferred)

* English (Preferred)
