Qualification and Needed Work Experience:- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in any field
At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position- Required Skill(s): Handling Assets Management, Excellent communication skills both oral and written
Willing to work in BGC
- Duties and Responsibilities:
- Sets up and maintains administrative filings system of both electronic and paper records.
Responsible for Assets tracking and reporting, including the creation of performance, efficiency of assets and reports.
- Facilitate request of all projects/departments with regards to asset and procurement
Execute plans, policies, and program in relation to assets management- Monitor a record of all asset's expenses with regards to repair and maintenance.
Do assets inspection as needed Perform any other task that may be assigned from time to time.
