Duties and Responsibilities: Assist Immediate Superior in daily administrative duties
Prepare documents (Contract to Sell, Deed of Absolute Sale, Demand Letters and Sales Correspondence)
Schedule client meetings and document release.
Scan, upload and maintain files in an orderly and timely manner
Prepare weekly and monthly sales report
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelors/College degree in Real Estate Management/Sales or Marketing/Business Administration /Computer Science /Office Management, or equivalent
Can work with minimal supervision and has the ability to work under pressure in a customer oriented environment
Excellent MS Office skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Willing to work in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig.
Preferably residing in the Taguig area
Can start immediately
