Duties and Responsibilities:
- Document and manage operational expenses.
Prepare payroll including computation and filing of government contributions and taxes.- File and remit all government contributions including BIR realated forms and documents.
Receive, verify and prepare payment for all invoices and bills (utility, suppliers, contractors and others) to be forwarded to the manager for approval.
- Management of employee files, bills and all other office documents.
Inventory management including canvassing of supplies and materials.- Incharge of facilities management including repairs and maintenance.
Track, process and maintan petty cash.
- Prepare other documents and perform other functions that maybe assigned from time to time.
Qualifications:
- College graduate--preferably an Accountancy degree graduate or equivalent in a related field
At least 1 year of relevant work experience.- Must be knowledgeable in using MS Office apps such as Excel and/or Google Sheets
Strong attention to accuracy and detail.
- Good personality and interpersonal skills.
