Preparing quotation including submission if necessary
Setting up appoinments and meetings between Autokid and possible clients
Preparing bid documents for government / LGU projects
Checking of Intineraries and accomplishment reports of sales forces
Preparing accreditation requirements needed by banks and financing partners
Follow-up clients on order confirmation and repeat reports
Preparing weekly / monthly reports
Checking financial applications for submission to banks and financing partners
Checking posible in-house payment scheme to banks and financing partners
Stocking, ordering, receiving, and distribution of office, pantry, and janitorial supplies.
Updating of Truck mapping.
Ensures all units are properly tagged.
Accomplishes assigned administrative tasks in the system.
In charge of filing, documenting, and transmittal of necessary documents.
Prepare regular reports for Sales Admin Supervisor / General Manager
Facilitates inter branch truck Transfer / Delivery
Scheduling meetings and sending meeting invites to attendees
Performs other duties as directed by the Immediate Superior.
