Job Responsibilities:- Communicates with internal stakeholders (operations) on repairs, maintenance, & special projects for furniture and fixtures, equipment, and store dcor (visual display items).
Receives and monitors internal stakeholders concerns, prioritizes them based on importance, and provides timeline for concerns resolution through messaging applications, phone calls, etc.- Manages and updates the ticketing system for proper monitoring of concerns.
Manages deadlines and progress across the team to ensure that projects are done based on schedule.
- Conducts on-site visits or phone check-ins with stakeholders to check on current status of visual display and checks them against company standards if they are followed.
Coordinates work permit applications with stakeholders and ensures that permits are readily available for repair, maintenance, dismantling, and installation of visual display.- Oversees resolution of concerns, making adjustments as necessary to ensure they are delivered according to specifications and standards.
Collects and analyzes feedback from customers to gauge satisfaction and success.
- Creates required reports and other related tasks as instructed by their immediate supervisor.
Graduate of Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- Has at least 1 year of cross-functional team coordination work experience
Outstanding interpersonal skills and able to communicate effectively in verbal and in written form- Familiar with Google Workspace and MS Office suite
Can start ASAP and report on a 6-day workweek at San Martin de Porres, Paranaque City
- Willing to travel to various Mary Grace stores
