Job Description

Resolving problems between employees and clients complaint
  • Identifying key issues and highlighting them to Head office or Upper Management
Maintaining confidentiality of company's information
  • Providing administrative support to company projects
Locating, scanning and compiling reports and official information
  • Establishing and maintaining organized paper and electronics filing system
Develops and maintain strong relationship to the client
  • Responsible for customer billing and related administrative tasks in support of accurate and timely collection of accounts receivable
  • Qualification
Graduate of Accountancy of any Financial Management Courses
  • Computer Literate
Excellent communication Skills
  • Multi tasking oriented
Result Oriented
  • At least 3 years of working experience in the related field; experience in implementing Administrative and Inventory
Willing to be assigned in Laguna

Job Type: Full-time

  • Administrative Assistant: 1 year (Preferred)
