Key Responsibilities: Create, schedule, and post content across various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, website).- Monitor social media channels for engagement and respond to comments and messages.
Track and analyze social media metrics to gauge the effectiveness of campaigns.
Assist in editing and proofreading marketing materials including blog posts, newsletters, and other promotional content.- Ensure all content aligns with the company's brand guidelines and marketing strategies.
Accreditation Requirements:- Research and compile necessary documentation and requirements for accrediting prospective clients.
Coordinate with internal teams to gather necessary information and ensure compliance with accreditation standards.- Maintain an up-to-date database of all accreditation documents and client information.
Administrative Tasks:- Provide general administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
Assist with the preparation of marketing reports, presentations, and other documents as needed- Encoding of Accounting Receipts
Documentation Filing:- Organize and maintain digital and physical files of all marketing documents.
Ensure that all documents are accurately filed and easily accessible for the marketing team.- Update and maintain records of marketing activities and client interactions.
