Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Required skill(s): with experience in handling payments, excellent communication skills both verbal
and written.
Willing to work in BGC area.

Job Objective: Managing day-to-day office operations, including but not limited to file management and
records-keeping, other administrative tasks.
Summary of Duties and Responsibilities:
Greeting visitors , Maintaining the reception area.
Set up and maintain administrative filing systems of both electronic and paper records.
Manage inventory of office Supplies
Responsible for processing payments of supplier / vendor.
Monitor a record of all expense.
Performs any other task that may be assigned from time to time.
