Job Description

The position is responsible for providing secretarial and administrative support to all departments through office administration, general services, procurement and logistics, and records management to ensure effective and efficient day-to-day operations in HCA.

Responsibilities:
  • Process requests from the errands and requisition tracker.
Delegate daily errands to the Liaison Officer.
  • Handle petty cash and prepare liquidation reports.
Coordinate permit renewals and manage HMO and insurance renewals.
  • Maintain office equipment and internet.
Ensure office cleanliness and coordinate cleaning.
  • Act as the receptionist.
Ensure all office equipment is turned off at the end of the day.
  • Source suppliers and collect quotations.
Track and check deliveries.
  • Prepare accreditation requirements for suppliers.
Maintain proof of payment and warranty records.
  • Collate and maintain files from operations team representatives.
Update records database and file documents.
  • Prepare bid and project documents.
Provide administrative support for workshops and project activities.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in (Office Administrator or any Business-related courses)
1 year of relevant experience in administrative work
