The position is responsible for providing secretarial and administrative support to all departments through office administration, general services, procurement and logistics, and records management to ensure effective and efficient day-to-day operations in HCA.
Responsibilities:
- Process requests from the errands and requisition tracker.
Delegate daily errands to the Liaison Officer.- Handle petty cash and prepare liquidation reports.
Coordinate permit renewals and manage HMO and insurance renewals.
- Maintain office equipment and internet.
Ensure office cleanliness and coordinate cleaning. Ensure all office equipment is turned off at the end of the day.
- Source suppliers and collect quotations.
Track and check deliveries.- Prepare accreditation requirements for suppliers.
Maintain proof of payment and warranty records.
- Collate and maintain files from operations team representatives.
Update records database and file documents.- Prepare bid and project documents.
Provide administrative support for workshops and project activities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in (Office Administrator or any Business-related courses)
1 year of relevant experience in administrative work
