Job Description

  • Assist the manager and perform administrative works.

  • Carrying out clerical duties such as answering telephone calls, responding to emails, generating reports, and preparing daily documents.

  • Assist in the preparation of daily and monthly assigned reports.

  • Submit and reconcile daily expenses of the company.

  • Issue receipt and Purchase orders to the customers.

  • Organize incoming and outgoing delivery items.

  • Resolving administrative issues and problems.

  • Contribute team effort by accomplishing the related results as needed.

    Job Type: Full-time

    Schedule:
  • 8 hour shift
Supplemental Pay:
  • 13th month salary
Bonus pay
  • Commission pay
Overtime pay
  • Yearly bonus
