Duties and responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls
Organize and schedule appointments- Encode and deal with multiple paper works
Plan meetings and take detailed minutes of the meeting
- Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
Assist in the preparation of scheduled reports- Develop and maintain a filing system and contact lists
Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
- Assist the Project Manager and Engineers for documentations
Requirements:
- Fresh Graduate of any 4-year course
Experience as an administrative assistant in internship or work experience is a plus- Knowledge of office equipment, office management systems, and procedures
Must be proficient in MS Office applications
- Must be amenable to commute to office (Hagonoy, Taguig City)
Excellent time management skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
