Admin Assistant (Fresh Graduate)

Job Description

Duties and responsibilities:
  • Answer and direct phone calls
Organize and schedule appointments
  • Encode and deal with multiple paper works
Plan meetings and take detailed minutes of the meeting
  • Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
Assist in the preparation of scheduled reports
  • Develop and maintain a filing system and contact lists
Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
  • Assist the Project Manager and Engineers for documentations

Requirements:
  • Fresh Graduate of any 4-year course
Experience as an administrative assistant in internship or work experience is a plus
  • Knowledge of office equipment, office management systems, and procedures
Must be proficient in MS Office applications
  • Must be amenable to commute to office (Hagonoy, Taguig City)
Excellent time management skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: Php16,
  • 00 per month
