Job Description

ABOUT THE COMPANY
Hailing from the prominent Filpride Group, Malayan Maritime Services, Inc. (MMSI) was established to handle the growing demand for tugboat services to ensure the safe towing and berthing/unberthing of larger ships. Initially partnering with its sister company, Insular Oil Corporation Terminal located in Sasa, Davao, it has since grown to service more customers from different industries, both local and foreign alike. MMSI now caters to a wide variety of commercial ships, docking and undocking in the many ports in the Davao Region such as Sasa, Kudos, Panabo, Malalag, reaching CDO, Cebu and Batangas.

We are looking for an admin who will assist in the administrative functions of Malayan Maritime Services, Inc.
  • DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist the compliance in providing Marina documents, Sec Cert, filing of trade certificates, composing letter requests, etc.

Developing and maintaining electronic and hard copy filing systems of tug certificates, operations, and marketing files reportsper tug, per port/terminal, per client.

Keeping the office (marketing, operations, compliance) database and filing system up to date and organized;

Schedule and organize meetings and appointments.

Providing administrative support to management, employees and, in some cases, clients and visitors.

Plan meetings and take detailed minutes.

Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, procedures, and policies internal and external.

Preparation of regularly scheduled reports compliance reports, marketing reports, and operations reports

Update and maintain office policies and procedures (SMS and ISO manual)

Maintain database of contact lists, clients, suppliers, etc.

Coordinate travel arrangements with HR.

QUALIFICATIONS

Preferably have experience as an Admin/Assistant with Marina/Marine industry.

Preferably Marketing or Business Graduate or the likes.

Amenable to assign at Bagumbayan, Libis, Quezon City (near Eastwood City)

Amenable to working schedule of Monday to Saturday

Amenable to working hours of 8:30AM to 5:30PM

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php18,
  • 00 - Php20,000.00 per month
