Overview:Administrative Assistant provides efficient support to the Department and the company. With thorough understanding of clerical and secretarial principles. Duties include general clerical, making travel arrangements, and maintaining appropriate filing systems.
Proper etiquette in handling phone calls. Courteously responds to emails, and relays messages to concern officers / employees.
- Establish rapport to clients and guests. Cheerful representative of the company and relay a helpful and accommodating environment.
Effective and immediate assisting resolution from clients requests. Answers simple inquiries related to business. Performs general clerical duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing.- Maintaining appropriate filing systems. Scan, organize, and records management/ documentation.
Submits and receives document billing/application and filing for business transactions.
- Receives and mails packages and letters.
Bachelor's degree in Office Administration, Business, or most related
- Experience of 1 - 2 years but FRESH GRADS CAN APPLY!
Location will be in San Juan City!
