Job Description

Job Purpose:
To assist the Admin Manager in coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to Company policies.

Minimum Requirements:
  • Applicants must be willing to work and relocate to Clark, Pampanga
  • Applicants must be a Filipino citizen or have relevant residence status
  • Must have a Degree in Office Administration or any related course
  • At least one (1) year experience as an Office Administrator
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with different office management procedures
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
  • Assist the Admin Manager in managing agendas, travel arrangements, appointments, etc. for the upper management.
  • Help the Admin Manager in developing, implementing and improving office policies and procedures
  • Gather price proposals and other information to determine reasonable prices for the SOA to analyse.
  • Assist the Admin Manager in processing permits pertaining to the business
  • Attend meetings and conferences to learn about new industry trends and make contacts with suppliers
  • Assist the Admin Manager in monitoring contracts to be sure that vendors and supplies comply with the terms and conditions of the contract and to determine the need for changes
  • Provides information regarding suppliers based on price, quality, and delivery speed to be evaluated and approved by General Manager
  • Conduct meetings with staff and vendors to discuss defective or unacceptable goods or services and determine corrective action
  • Coordinate with Finance regarding procurement
  • Perform related duties may be assigned
