Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.- Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Accounts, Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
Must have excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Proven experience as accounts and admin staff.
Address and respond to employee's concerns and issues
- Prepare attendance report for payroll
Coordinate with 3rd party suppliers and contractors to ensure smooth flow of daily operations, ie. IT, phone, maintenance, general services, etc. Assist the accounts team in updating records, following up collections, preparing reports, and other accounts related tasks
- Handle reimbursement, liquidation, and petty cash
Handle distribution and subscription of print magazines- Other related tasks to be assigned
