Job Scope: The office services administrator will be a proactive and extremely organized individual who will provide comprehensive support services
Draft documents such as related real estate documentation (letters of intent, licenses, easement agreements, term commencement agreements, memoranda of lease, waivers of exclusives, lien release agreements, and invoices)
General administrative support- Completing special projects
Mall office upkeep and organization
- Support for Condominium Corp.
Support for all admin tasks and events Bachelor's degree of any related courses- Must have a one year in Administration and operations.
Ability to work as an effective team member in a fast-paced and multi-task environment
- Ability to maintain high accuracy and excellent attention to details
Ability to solve problems, to think and work efficiently/ effectively on one's own- Excellent prioritization and organizational skills
Effective and courteous verbal and written communication skills
- Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc)
* Customer service orientated, have positive work attitudes in general
