Manage phone calls and communications (email, letters, shipments, etc.).
- Support budgeting and office procedures.
Create and update records and databases for fixed assets and inventory.Keep track of office supply inventory and place orders as needed.
Assist with the delivery and vehicle Schedule.
- Assist colleagues as necessary. Secure and maintain the cleanliness of the office
Pay monthly utility bills and corporate dues.
- Organize, compile, and update business personnel records and documents.
