- Provides cashiering and administrative support to Finance.
- Primarily responsible on collecting of cash from the sales agents, technicians and customers.
- Prepare receipts and invoices.
- Monitoring and safeguarding of cash/check/online collections ensure that all collections are accounted within the day.
- Preparation of the daily sales report including the summary of receipts issued.
- Processing of load request of sales agents
- Monitoring of load balances of sub unit retailer agents
- Checking of liquidations report of installers and drivers
Qualifications:
- Graduate of any finance or business-related courses.
- With at least 1 year experience in Customer Service and Cashier.
- Computer literate, proficient in MS Office.
- Good interpersonal communication skills.
- Willing to be assigned in Dagohoy, Caloocan City
