Monitor, Replenish, and safekeeping of petty cash- Prepare and coordinates quotations for parts & services and projects to Head Office.
Prepare and coordinates the branch's daily schedule of activities (repair, cleaning, servicing, etc.)
- Coordinates deliveries of units and parts from the head office
Prepare and coordinate requests of materials needed for projects to head office.- Prepare overall reports for branch such as but not limited to sales and collection, expenses, status, concerns, and suggestions.
Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time
