Admin:_
- Provide Administrative and clerical support to the company
Canvass of on-site requirements- Manage office supplies stocks and ordering new stocks as needed with the approval of immediate head
Managing petty cash transactions
- Assists with operation functions.
Inventory of office, cleaning, and chemical supplies.- Maintenance of equipment (printers, photocopier)
Document controller.
- Maintains the orderliness and cleanliness of the office.
Assist all walk-ins before endorse to the HR- Other tasks that may be assigned by the immediate superior
_Bookkeeper
_- Monitoring, recording and controlling all transactions pertaining to Company's sales, collections and disbursements
Monitoring and validating replenishments, reimbursements, cash advances and liquidations.
- Regular updating of accounting books.
Prepare billings for local accounts on Pest Control, Housekeeping, POM and Office- Support Services. Submit billings within 3 working days from receipt of service invoice from billing department per month.
Records cash receipts and make bank deposits.
- Conduct periodic reconciliations of all accounts to ensure accuracy.
Provide information to the External Accountant who creates the company's financial statements.- Process SEC, BIR and LGUs taxes, registrations and permit requirements
Calculate variances from the budget and report significant issues to the management.
- Provide clerical and administrative support to management as requested.
Follow accounting policies and procedures.- Attain 99% billing completion for all accounts.
Reduce over 90 days receivables to not more than 12%
Education: Graduate of any 4 years accounting or financial management course.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.
Patient, Flexible (willing to do fieldwork), Good leadership skills, Can work under pressure & can work with minimal supervision, Proficient in the use of various computer applications.
