As an
Admin Assistant, you will be responsible in handling the following:
- Organizes and manages calendars of CFO and D&D leads.
Assists and schedules meetings, and take detailed minutes.- Supports the Finance and D&D team in processing of PR's, PO's and ensures payments to vendors are disbursed on time.
Completes documentation of contracts in relation to Finance and D&D initiatives; Routing of internal documents.
- Assists in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
Processes reimbursements for official meetings and other incidentals.- Develops and maintains a filing system.
Updates and maintains office policies and procedures.
- Orders office supplies, and monitors inventory of items.
Liaises with executive/senior management, and administrative assistants.- Performs other management-mandated functions.
- Qualifications for this position include:
Graduate of any Bachelor's/College Degree.- Minimum six (6) months to one (1) year work experience
Average proficiency level in communication, organization, critical thinking abilities and project management skills
- Must be proactive, resourceful, and can work under pressure
* Must have good communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be computer proficient especially with MS Office applications
