Asiapro Multi-Purpose Cooperative, a pioneering and leading workers cooperative in the Philippines with over 25 years of providing access to jobs with government and regular-status benefits, as well as additional financial privileges for our member-owners, is seeking a customer-centric Admin Assistant that will provide assistance to ensure that services and activities within the administrative domain of the group are executed.
_Tasks and functions will include: _
- Serve as the primary contact for clients, responding promptly and professionally to inquiries and troubleshooting technical issues related to records management.
Safeguard all documents and reports, monitoring and tracking incoming and outgoing documents to ensure efficient documentation flow.- Educate clients on best practices for managing their records, providing guidance and support to enhance their use of our services.
Collaborate with the records management team to escalate and resolve complex issues, aiming for continuous improvement in client experience.
- Stay current with industry trends and advancements in records management to offer informed and up-to-date support to clients.
Preferably a graduate of any 4-year course
- Willing to be assigned in Kapitolyo, Pasig City
