Job SummaryProvides administrative assistance to ensure that services and activities within the administrative domain of the group are executed.
- Duties and Responsibilities:
Maintains and updates supplies inventory, anticipates needed supplies, coordinates to Procurement for order requests, and expedites orders for supplies when needed
- Coordinates with the group's internal finance team for the group's fund usage
Inventories, tracks and verifies receipt of supplies and deploys to the team- Process all transaction for supplier, clinic and other payments of the group
Process liquidations of cash advances related to HR and Admin Processes
- Process and monitors internal orders for the group
Safe-keeps all documents and reports, monitors and tracks incoming and outgoing documents- Prepares materials and reference documents in meeting and activities as needed
Manage the flow of documentation within the team
- Assists in addressing operating issues and concerns obtained from key persons in the group, members and Members Supervisors
Any and all other related tasks that may be assigned by the HR & Admin Head
Preferably a graduate of any 4-year course- Willing to be assigned in Kapitolyo, Pasig City
