I. JOB SUMMARY:
This position is responsible for scheduling meetings between prospective clients and Sales Executives. The appointment setter's primary duties include identifying potential customers and contacting them through warm calling.
II. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Convert leads into prospects by using the sales qualification process during warm calls;
- Establishing contact with potential clients through calling and/or emails;
- Schedule appointments between prospective clients and sales executives;
- Familiarize yourself with the company's products and services to enhance your pitching;
- Assist in customer support;
- Complete daily call sheets.
III. JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- At least high school diploma or equivalent.
- With at least six (6) months related work experience in as an Appointment Setter, Sales Development Representative, or similar role preferred
- Hands-on experience with various sales techniques (cold calls, emails)
- Familiarity with CRM and database management tools
- Skilled in negotiation, adept at handling objections, and patient when dealing with customer rejection
- Persistent and results-oriented;
- Excellent communication and organization skills;
- Other Skills: Analytical, fast learner can work under pressure, punctual, has ability in problem solving, interpersonal skill, and responsible, hardworking, team player and can work independently.
- Willingness to work on weekend/holiday at times.
IV. SCOPE OF DECISION MAKING
- As advised by department head.
V. PHYSICAL/WORK ENVIRONMENT CONDITION
- 6 days a week at 8 hours a day, Monday to Saturday excluding lunch break.
- Well-ventilated working space.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php19,000.00 per month
Schedule: - 8 hour shift
Supplemental Pay:
* 13th month salary
