Job Description

Administrative assistant responsibilities:
  • Answer and direct phone calls.
Organize and schedule appointments and meetings.
  • Maintain contact lists.
Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes, and forms.
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
Develop and maintain a filing system.
  • Male/Female
Graduate of any 4 years course
  • with good in written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office(Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
  • Ready to assign in a multi-tasking and flexible

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php16,
  • 00 per month

Schedule:
  • 8 hour shift
Overtime
Supplemental Pay:
  • 13th month salary


Experience:
  • Administrative Assistant: 1 year (Preferred)
