EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or equivalent
Must have at least 3-5 years Experience in Admin , Constructions, Permits and Licenses & Leasing Admin
Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Process Permits & Licenses of the Stores/Head office such as Business Permits, FSIC and Sanitary permits.
Responsible for Business Permits Monitoring and Processing
Monitors the papers / documents needed such as BIR, SEC & DTI registration, Municipal Permit and Residence Community Certificate for renewal of business permits.
Secure the original files of permits and other legal documents regarding building administration.
Examine documents to verify adherence to requirements
