Job Description

We are looking for Admin and HR Support for one of our clients.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the HR Department:
    • Ensure all government accounts are in order;
    • Scheduling appointments when needed;
    • Own employee file audit activities
  • Manage the admin part of the onboarding process:
    • Scheduling meetings;
    • Initiation of various parts such as background check, security training, etc.
  • Administer employee benefits and compensation, including processing payroll and benefits paperwork:
    • Manage 401k contributions
  • Maintain performance evaluation process
  • Stay up-to-date on HR laws and regulations, and ensure that the company is in compliance
  • Own vendor onboarding for new customers
    • Manage company calendar:
    • Schedule All hands meetings
    • Fireside chats
    • Support with organizing company events when neededSchedule travel when needed
