We are looking for Admin and HR Support for one of our clients.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the HR Department:
- Ensure all government accounts are in order;
- Scheduling appointments when needed;
- Own employee file audit activities
- Manage the admin part of the onboarding process:
- Scheduling meetings;
- Initiation of various parts such as background check, security training, etc.
- Administer employee benefits and compensation, including processing payroll and benefits paperwork:
- Manage 401k contributions
- Maintain performance evaluation process
- Stay up-to-date on HR laws and regulations, and ensure that the company is in compliance
- Own vendor onboarding for new customers
- Manage company calendar:
- Schedule All hands meetings
- Fireside chats
- Support with organizing company events when neededSchedule travel when needed
