Job Description- Assists in managing budgets (Petty Cash, SPC and etc.).
Organize and maintain files, documentation and data bases in a confidential manner.- Updating the appointment calendar.
Coordinates and manages all administrative tasks.
- Monitors the inventory of office supplies
Other relevant tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
Graduate of BSBA or any related field- At least 1 to 3 years or more in the position
Proficient in MS Office
- Must be willing to work in Makati.
