We are looking for an Admin and Facilities Assistant to join our team and support our daily office procedures. He/She will coordinate with Building Admin for Memo's and Office Maintenance instruction and assist Admin Coordinator with all other clerical task and data entries.

What You'll Do
- Acquire and maintain pool of suppliers for various company services.
- Monitoring of office equipment's and maintains inventory files as updated as possible
- Assists in events organization and vendor coordination
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails or any other external inquiries
- Assists in making travel arrangements, such as booking flights, cars, and making hotel and restaurant reservations.
- Acts as a double for the Admin Coordinator into other work shifts.
What You Need To Qualify
- Bachelor's Degree in any course (Office Administration / Commerce / Business Admin)
- At least 6 months to 1 year minimum relevant experience.
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
- Able to multi-task and juggle several priorities at a time in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Able to handle confidential information.
- Knowledge in Supply Management and Inventory Control is a plus.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
