Job Description

We are looking for an Admin and Facilities Assistant to join our team and support our daily office procedures. He/She will coordinate with Building Admin for Memo's and Office Maintenance instruction and assist Admin Coordinator with all other clerical task and data entries.

What You'll Do

  • Acquire and maintain pool of suppliers for various company services.
  • Monitoring of office equipment's and maintains inventory files as updated as possible
  • Assists in events organization and vendor coordination
  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails or any other external inquiries
  • Assists in making travel arrangements, such as booking flights, cars, and making hotel and restaurant reservations.
  • Acts as a double for the Admin Coordinator into other work shifts.

What You Need To Qualify

  • Bachelor's Degree in any course (Office Administration / Commerce / Business Admin)
  • At least 6 months to 1 year minimum relevant experience.
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
  • Able to multi-task and juggle several priorities at a time in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Able to handle confidential information.
  • Knowledge in Supply Management and Inventory Control is a plus.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
