- Job Position: Admin and Accounting Staff

- Work Schedule: Mondays to Fridays from 1:00pm - 10:00pm
- Responsibilities and Duties:
Manage and record all incoming and outgoing documents- Document daily administrative tasks; maintain the record and files (whether it be a hard copy or electronic copy)
Review the accuracy of all supporting documents before they are forwarded to the concerned team
- Control the end-to-end process of invoice related activities
Monitor and archive documents related to invoices- Update the inventory of available supplies and materials; create requests of needed supplies
Perform skilled and responsible administrative and clerical work
- Closely monitor all accounts receivable.
Prepare invoices, delivery receipts, collection receipts, and billings for customers.- Perform other tasks which may be assigned by the management.
Graduate of any Bachelor's Degree- With 3 years of Admin or Accounting experience preferred
Possesses basic Math and good English communication skills
- Organized and detail-oriented
Can work under pressure and be able to meet deadlines- Previous admin experience is preferred, but not required
Willing to start immediately
