Job Title: Admin Aide (Messenger/Helper/Utility/Runner/Driver)

The Admin Aide is a versatile support role responsible for a variety of administrative tasks, including messenger duties, office maintenance, and driving. The role requires a reliable and proactive individual who can handle multiple tasks, such as delivering documents, maintaining office cleanliness, running errands, and assisting with logistics. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring smooth and efficient office operations.
Deliver documents, packages, and correspondence to various locations, including government offices, clients, and partners.
- Ensure the timely and accurate delivery of important documents and materials.
Maintain a log of deliveries and pick-ups and ensure proper handling of confidential documents.
- Office Helper/Utility Tasks:
Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the office, pantry, and other common areas.- Help with setting up meeting rooms, arranging furniture, and organizing office supplies as needed.
Perform minor repairs and maintenance tasks around the office as required.
- Assist in receiving and storing office supplies, materials, and equipment.
Run errands for the office, including purchasing supplies, paying bills, and banking transactions.
- Assist in sourcing and purchasing items as requested by the administration or other departments.
Safely drive company vehicles to transport employees, documents, and goods to various destinations.
- Ensure the vehicle is well-maintained, clean, and in good working condition by conducting regular checks.
Keep a record of vehicle maintenance, mileage, and fuel usage.- Comply with traffic laws and company policies related to driving and vehicle usage.
Assist in the coordination of logistics for events, meetings, and company activities.- Support in moving and transporting office equipment, supplies, and materials as required.
- General Administrative Support:
Provide assistance to other departments as needed, including filing, photocopying, and basic clerical tasks.- Help in preparing and organizing documents for meetings and events.
Respond promptly to any urgent tasks or requests from the administration team.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional vocational training is a plus.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
At least 1-2 years of experience in a similar role (messenger, utility, driver, or general helper).- Knowledge of basic vehicle maintenance and safety practices.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.- Trustworthy, reliable, and punctual.
Office-based role with outdoor work when delivering documents or running errands.
Regular working hours with occasional overtime depending on business needs.
Physically capable of lifting and moving supplies and equipment.
