A temporary replacement for the officer during her maternity leave.
The original contract is a (6) six-month probationary/contract period only.
General Affairs Department responsibilities are assisting jobs mentioned below
and particularly including but not limited to;
- Knowledgeable in SSS, HDMF, PHIC, BIR
- Knowledgeable in Manual payroll computation
- Knowledgeable in basic accounting matters
- Know how to communicate with different government agencies (ex. LGUs, SEC, DOLE, etc.,)
- Knowledgeable in processing of Daily Time Record (DTR), Leave Credits (SL, VL)
- Knowledgeable with basic TAX computations and forms.
- Assisting make the Voucher and Invoices
- Processing, typing, editing, and formatting reports and documents
- Filing documents, as well as entering data and maintaining databases
- Liaising with internal departments and communicating with the public
- Directing internal and external calls, emails, to designated departments
- Arranging and scheduling appointments, meetings, and events
- Monitoring office supplies and ordering replacements
- Assisting with copying, scanning, faxing, emailing, note-taking, and travel bookings
- Preparing facilities and arranging for events, if required
- Observing the best business practices and etiquette
- Executing HR related to Philippines laws and regulations
- Troubleshoot problems arising internally
- Reporting to management and performing secretarial duties
With 2-3 years of experience in Admin officer/Accounting.
