Responsible for accurate and timely processing of payroll.- Track, file, encode, and report company sales and expenses.
Manage accounts payables such as billing collection, verification, and settlement. Also, prepare client invoices.
- Monitor and coordinate with accounting for processing of government benefits, business permits, and other compliances.
Communicate with suppliers regarding product or service procurement. As well as oversee office maintenance.- Answer and direct office phone calls.
Associate or bachelor's degree in any field, preferably in an accounting-related course.- Must have at least 2 years of administrative and or/accounting experience.
Knowledge in government benefits and compliance is highly preferred.
- Good written and verbal skills in English.
Proficient in MS Office especially in Word and Excel.
